ASC’s TRAINING PROCESS: Learn, Witness, Practice

ASC IS A TRAUMA-INFORMED COACHING CERTIFICATION
In the LIVE classes, coaches are trained in coaching techniques that stem from psychology and peak performance such as: CBT, MI, nervous system regulation, NLP, and group dynamics.
All trainings were designed and taught by trauma expert Jess DeMarchis. In addition to her coaching credentials, yoga training, and NLP certifications, she is also a licensed mental health therapist with a speciality in trauma. Jess has published research, taught at the graduate level and has spent thousands of hours directly working with trauma survivors and helping them heal their pasts and grow from their experiences. She brings this expertise into her coaching and also trains on mental health basics inside ASC to ensure coaches graduate properly equipped to work with a variety of clients and concerns.

ASC is a 6-month certification. Coaches have a 2 hour weekly call as well as weekly peer coaching where they are providing/receiving coaching.
